  • Avoid making contact with the circuit board or eletrical connectors on the hard drive.
  • Place the hard drive in an anti-static bag.
  • Pack the drive in a shipping carton with a mininum of two (2) inches of packing material between the hard drive and the carton.
  • Utilize a shipping company with tracking capabilities (UPS, Airborne Express, DHL, Fed-X, etc).
